If you are unhappy with any item purchased, we will be happy to refund you in full, or exchange for another item if one is available.
Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging. If an exchange is requested then the buyer must pay shipping costs.
All items are checked thoroughly before being shipped, however sometimes due to products being factory sealed, it's not always possible for us to inspect them fully.
If you receive an item that is damaged/broken/faulty then please get in touch with us for an exchange, or if another version of the item is not available then you can request store credit or a full refund.
